You are sure to find a lot of sympathy on this forum if you make a civil pitch for an overhaul of the reworked skill system in this regard, although perhaps less so if you try to pitch the idea that the Musashi herself is in need of a buff. If you want to let Wargaming know your thoughts and feelings about this, by all means go right ahead. Why Wargaming thought this to be a good idea remains a mystery, or if anyone out there knows about it they didn't tell me. This basically means that skills such as Expert Marksman now give considerably smaller buffs to ships that are weak in the relevant area (and thus in more need of a buff), and stronger buffs to ships that are already strong in that area (and thus in less need of a buff).
